Spinning:
Cycle
your way to fitness in one of our popular team spinning classes.
Designed to provide all the benefits of cycling in a safe environment,
participants can burn off around 600 calories in one session.
A wide range of music along with enthusiastic instructors help
motivate you to achieve your fitness goals as a team. More

Circuit
Training: Get
your weekend off to a flying start with an hour of circuit training.
Circuit training simultaneously improves mobility, strength and
stamina. Up to 10 exercises are completed one after another with
short rest breaks in between. Each exercise is performed for a specified
number of repetitions or for a prescribed time period before moving
on to the next exercise.
Classes run at 10:30 on Saturday mornings. |
Squash:
Another
great way to maintain fitness with the thrill of competition.
Two squash courts are available for hire seven days a week. The
Meadows keep raquets and balls for hire. The Ellon & District
Squash Club is based at the meadows. Club nights vary, so its
best to call to book a court.

Athletics: Ellon
Amateur Athletics Club are based at the meadows and meet several

Karate:
Classes
are held on Wendesday 7:00-8:00 pm (juniors), Thursday 6:30-7:30pm
(juniors), 7:00-8:30 (seniors) and alternate Sundays 10:30am - midday
(all ages). |

Trampoline:
A popular activity at the Meadows with a number of participants
trained to competition level. Most of our staff are trained to level
1 or 2 coach. We have two full size competition trampolines complete
with safety boundary matting. Classes are booked in blocks on weekdays
from 4-6pm. Contact the Meadows for availablity. |
Rugby:
The
Meadows is the home of Ellon Rugby Football Club. In existence since
1977, Ellon RFC provides coaching and competition for people of all
ages.
